The Great Unknown
A collection inspired by the concept of an after life.
Life after death is mentioned in all religions and even though there are different views of what the afterlife entails, all religions embrace the existence of a metaphysical universe. We can only imagine what this plane of the unknown is like.

Designs revolve around 3 ideas: preservation, eternity, and heaven.
Bandaged and wrapped details as a representation of mummification/preservation. Endless lines and pleats as a metaphor for eternity. Heaven is often associated with the sky, using indigo dye achieves a shade of blue similar to the sky.
